Graduation Day

My current roommate, Wendy, my training roommate, Dede and myself on graduation day.
My whole class that graduated, along with our supervisor and some of our teachers (also flight attendants). I'm in the middle in the 2nd to last row.
Another proud pose, this one with Francesco and Dede.
It's official! and I got the papers to prove it.
My supervisor, Christian, and I by the list of graduates. There's a new list every week!
GRADUATION DAY!!!! It's official. This is my supervisor, Christian, pinning on my wings.
Me grinning as I came back to my seat. I could feel all of you supporting me! THANK YOU!!!

Training Trip to Narita, Japan

This is standing right where Rafat was in the later picture, only looking the other direction down towards the gardens. The picture at the top of my blog page was also taken in Narita, in the garden behind the hotel.

Narita (cont'd)

They sell beer in vending machines in Japan. Did you all know that? I wasn't interested, but my roommate was so I took this picture for her.
This is Rafat (from Kuwait) and Wendy (current roommate) at the temple in Narita, Japan.
Some other flight attendants were at the hotel, heard we were going to the temple, and asked to come with us. Right now I don't even remember their names, but they were in my pictures!
The cherry blossoms were just gorgeous. This is just one picture of many opportunities to take.

This is Rafat at the top of the steps of the temple. You can see how big it is.

First Day in Uniform

After a really long day of flying, this is what I look like when I'm in uniform. This was the first day I was allowed to wear it officially on a flight. Before I just wore business attire.

My Roommates

I have the joy of living with two other people who I went to training with in Chicago. Wendy (in the middle) and Debee (on the right). Although they are great people, we don't see each other all that often because of our conflicting schedules.

My Class in Training

This picture was taken on the last day of our emergency training. It is my class, and we all had to wear "prison orange jumpsuits" in order to jump down the slide. Attractive, huh?!!
