Finishing Swimming Lessons, and Enjoying the Lake with Friends
One last backfloat, and swimming lessons are over for this week.
Coco passed this level and will be joining the next one because she FLOATED BY HERSELF!!! ;)
Then we went to Lake Washington to hang out with some friends for the day.
Mount Rainier was just peeking out over the lake.
This little one was ALL boy. . .wet up to his neck within a minute of being in the water. ;)

An Unexpected Birthday Blessing
After the wedding, I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to catch a plane to Colorado Springs, CO, for the NEXT party! This one was for the BFA class of 1993, who graduated the year before me. They opened their reunion up to anyone who could make it. So, I took them up on their invitation, and I'm SOOOO glad I did.
Laurie Soennecken was also there (a mom of one of the classmates)
Anna Soennecken and Martha Diaz
Jeanie Morgan and Ellen Britton
Carolynne Ritschard and Annica (a kidlet, not a classmate! ;)
YUMMY Jaegerschnitzel offered at the German restaurant we ate at.
The "Sonne" women
They surprised me by organizing a piece of cake to be delivered for my birthday
Ellen and Carolynne's girls, who are now great friends after the weekend!
