6 Day Trips

I have to admit this. . .my 6 day trips are EXHAUSTING. . .to say the least. I cross the ocean 4 times in those 6 days. It's not easy. BUT, when you have some great weather in your layovers, it does make the task a little easier. And I was also able to spend a quick hour with one of my Wittlingen girls. Always a great time.

This was the view out my hotel window in NYC:  The 9/11 Memorial and new Tower 1.

When I opened my curtains for the day and saw what a beautiful day it was outside, I had to go for a walk along the water in Battery Park.

The closest I've ever been to Lady Liberty.

When I arrived in Zuerich (again, for the 2nd time in 5 days), the Swiss Alps were making their appearance out that hotel window!

Throw in a pretty sunset, and I'm a happy camper.

Back to Flying the Friendly Skies

On September 27th, I was cleared by my Dr. to go back to flying.  On October 4th, I began my first trip.  To celebrate, here's a recent commercial filmed on one of our 767 airplanes (no, it's not trick camera shots, they really did all sit in there.  Only the timpanis didn't fit in the economy cabin. . .they had to be in business).
