The girlies are both in gymnastics this summer, and are actually getting quite good at what they do?

I got to have an early dinner for my bday with M & D in Frankfurt last month.

Home-owner Responsibilities (Viewer Discretion is Advised :)

Ok, so this post is mostly for my dad who has coached me multiple times via skype and in person on how to fix the insides of a toilet. TONIGHT I fixed a toilet BY MYSELF!!!

1.  Problem:  tank was not filling fast enough after flushing, and needed a new float system.

2.  Midpoint:  Trying to tighten the valve on the bottom of the toilet. . .didn't have quite enough muscle to keep water from squirting out, so had to gently use a wrench.  I think it did the trick, but I have a bucket under the water valve for a few days to make sure. . . .

3.  Solution:  LOOK!!  There's water in the tank & it took less than 30 seconds to fill!!  ;)  

And, as some of my new friends say here in TX, "I'm learnable!!!!"  ;)
